Saw this on TV last night (twice in fact).  Great little movie explores the relationship between a dad and his little boy, when the  estranged mother reappears after an absence of 18 months and tries to win her son back.

Wonderful natural performance by Bobby Moat in his only movie to date.

Oh yeah, Cal, I saw this one a few months ago, and liked it so much that I watched it again the next time I saw it was on cable!

Good little flick, and that Bobby Moat was a very good actor for such a young kid!  I thought his love for his stinking (dead) 'pet' was priceless, and he did a good job of acting when his dad wanted to get rid of it.  Smiley

Love,
Sir Jacob

I was very impressed by his acting too.  The interesting thing is that he hasn't made another movie.  Maybe his parents decided it was all a bit too much or perhaps Bobby fell in love with his on screen dad.  Thatwould cause problems when filming ended and they had to go their separate ways.
