Got to see Broc Benedict in Seamless: Kidz Rule (1999).

Though it is an ensemble film following several different characters,
Broc Benedict's character (Elmo) was quite intense.

Plot Summary:   Several young people work together to start up a clothing
store/rave club.  Elmo (Broc Benedict) is a twelve-year-old homeless kid who is
one of the group.  He's treated as an adult and even gets paid to work there.  He shares
in the groups ups and downs and in all their adventures as well as in their drugs. 

This film is not for everyone.
The film has an almost constant rave audio track,
if you like that sort of music. 
Broc Benedict was excellent in the film.
I found Kentaro Seagal to be a little 'wooden' in his acting.

Looks interesting though I'd probably turn the 'rave audio track' down.
Nerodiaman: Cute? Boy actors are always cute. Very few 'plain janes' get past the casting directors believe me. Rare exceptions being Josh Hutcherson and Cameron Bright.
