The UK TV channel started running this in Oz, calling it "Torchwood: Children of Earth", It looks like it runs for only 5 episodes, whereas previous seasons were 13 episodes. I've got my IQ recorder set to record all the episodes. Interestingly it seems to be running pretty much similtaneously in the UK, USA and Australia. Very good idea.

Very interesting indeed... and not to bring up a sore subject, but since I don't have an IQ or TIVO, I'm hoping HULU has it afterwards, so I can catch them at my convenience (albeit for a limited time), too!

Check Hulu to see if they have had *any* BBC shows in the past.  Anyway, the DVD version comes out at the end of the month.

There is some stuff, but ... very limited.  They're selling the episodes on iTunes, so they probably won't be making them "freely" available.  Although I *did* find them (somewhere, but I'm not telling)!

Watched the fifth and last installment today. I thought episode 4 was the best of the lot, raising some powerful moral dilemmas. good acting, decent enough story, but a lot darker than most Torchwood or Dr Who stories. Some pretty shocking moments in episode 5.

Boy actor content is fairly minor, only about 5%.
