That sounds like The Stalking Moon (1968) with Gregory Peck.

Noland Clay would be the boy.  This was his only film credit.

I'll try and find a photo

Hope this was the film you were looking for

You might just be correct on this, I was pretty sure it was Stewart that was in it, but it has been years since I saw it. I don't think the net is going to have any random pics of Noland Clay if this was the only acting he ever did, so hopefully you have one in your personal collections!? The boy I remember looked to be of Native American decent. and very cute! Grin

You just can't best 'bowser'. It was Gregory Peck who took the starring role and Noland Clay did look American Indian.
Laughed at the 'detailed files' post.   Grin

Now for a "Curve Ball"!! Wink

This boy played in an episode of Little House on the Prairie, he played a boy who was mentally slow, he also played one of the sons in the Disney movie Swiss Family Robinson!  Who is he??

I'm going to make him my next Avatar, I'll reveal him then! Cheesy

If you can't guess who he is, I have one more hint for for you! Smiley

My gast is flabbered ... the 'bowser' gives not only the boy actor's name but the precise season and episode.
HOWEVER, I've got one that will beat Captain Bowser this time ... I hope.    Wink
Who is this actor and what film is he in?

Anthony Wager as 'Young Pip' in the film
Great Expectations (1946).

Wow!  This is déjà vu

Just a few weeks ago we were researching cinematographer Guy Green's stunning b&w films.

His photography is amazingly beautiful.

Guy Green

Academy Awards, USA
1948
•      Won,
Oscar
Best Cinematography, Black-and-White for Great Expectations (1946)

Guy Green also shot Oliver Twist (1948)
with Robert Newton, Alec Guinness, Anthony Newley as 'Artful Dodger', and John Howard Davies as 'Oliver Twist'.

No, I shall refrain from banging my head against the wall as it's Christmas ... a time for frivolity and friends. Perhaps I shall elicit revenge in the New Year.
Therefore a MERRY CHRISTMAS to 'bowser' and 'Boymoviebuff' and indeed to all BA members.   Grin

Let's start the New Year with another of my obscure boy actor humdingers in a futile effort to try and outsmart 'bowser'.   Wink
Who is this? However, I must admit what he starred in was not a film but a TV series of a famous book.
