Frankie Smith is fifteen and his ex-girlfriend will soon give birth to his child. Having had little paternal involvement in his own life, Frankie is determined to be a good daddy. But circumstances make that difficult for him. Directed by Darren Thornton, who drew inspiration from the story from his experiences teaching drama at a centre for kids in trouble. Ryan Andrews gives a fantastic performance in the main role. Frankie won Best Short Film at the 2008 Berlinale.
