I had a totally different take on the film.

That's what I like about films such as this,
it's completely up to the viewer to determine
the meaning.

When Will (played by Liam Walker - the older boy) showed up in the film,
it struck me that he was going to be kind of a Tyler Durden type character.
You know from the film Fight Club (1999).  I thought that he was
just a figment of Mikey's (played by Tyler Rossell) imagination.
The character of Will was kind of mysterious.


But then later on in the film toward the end I changed my mind and thought,
no what's going on is this: Mikey is dead and he doesn't know that he's
dead.  Will is some kind of guide, come to show Mickey 'the way to the other
side'.  Maybe Will was the 'Angel of Death' appearing as a little boy so as
not to frighten Mikey.

Of course the film ends without resolution, so we're open to our own
individual interpretations.
