Well, it's not exactly 'Halloween', but in terms of supernatural thrillers, there's always Iván Noel's gorgeous "Limbo":



(assuming that vampires count as the 'supernatural')

Talking of vampires, there's always "Let The Right One In"....ahh, the eternal story: boy-meets-girl, girl-turns-out-to-be-girl-vampire, girl-vampire-turns-out-to-be-former-boy, boy-runs-away-with-girl/boy-vampire... how sweet!

There's a film (off topic for this site), called "Otto; or, Up With Dead People" (2008), which is quite fun. It's the only movie I know to have a semi-colon in its title!

I'm afraid I don't really know any movies that are strictly about Halloween.
