Only the first is from Blade Runner 2049.  (A childhood memory of the main character, K.)  That is André's only role listed in IMDb.  The others were found on the web.  Explanations in Hungarian I did not try to read, but it looks like one (or two) plays he appeared in.

The usual reason, I imagine.  Blade Runner 2049 was filmed primarily in Hungary, and non-speaking parts were cast locally.
