Stars Billy Hillman as Zeke

Fun over-the-top comedy starring Ron Masak and a host of 1970's comedic actors like:
Richard Deacon, Paul Winchell (the voice of many, many cartoon characters), Cheryl Miller, Spencer Milligan, and Rose Marie.

The film (targeted toward the pre-teen crowd) is full of wacky gags and situations that by today's standards will look cheesy and dated.

Written and Directed by William Byron Hillman (Billy Hillman's father).

Billy Hillman had only one other acting credit. A very small part in another film written and directed by his father The Photographer (1974).

Really enjoyed him in this film. Wish he would have made more.

Filmed at the Bob Hope Ranch in Santa Barbara County..

Plot Summary:
Claude Raintree (played by Ron Masak) is a local farmer who likes to make toys in his spare time and gives them to the children at the local orphanage run by Sister Mary (played by Rose Marie).

Zeke (Billy Hillman) runs away from the orphanage and hides out in Claude Raintree's barn. Sister Mary allows Zeke to stay a few days there to help out on the farm.

Over the period of those days, Zeke and Claude develope a heartwarming father-son relationship.

Wacky fun and antics abound -- think Love, American Style (19691974) or The Benny Hill Show (19691989).

Totally unknown film and young actor to me. Thank you so much for bringing both to our attention!
