Yeah, I saw that website too. Meant to mention it here, but like so many other things it slipped my mind.

I think it's a short film (remember reading that it was 22 minutes somewhere) and from the looks of it it was filmed with a camcorder or very lo-fi video equipment. The boy is the director's son, so it look like a very amateur project. But interesting nonetheless.
