I saw this movie back in March. Kalombi Mboyi has a lot of screen time and did a very fine job.

I think you will enjoy it!

The story required a little suspension of disbelief every now and again but on the whole was alright.
It also has your favorite plot hook, Devon. To understand the importance of the title, make sure you pay attention to Justin's report to his class in the beginning of the film.

The story centers around Justin, whose father has been deported to Africa (they are illegals); with no one else to care for him, he ends up in the care of a former leftist revolutionary who tries to help him reunite with his father, while exacting some revenge on the government. Some of the stunts that are pulled to get the government to cooperate are a little bit of a stretch, but I was willing to play along.

..that's almost enough to like a movie without having seen it.
