I just saw an advertisement for this movie this week, and wondered if there might be a boy in it (ala David Gallagher).  That site is pretty cool, hosenhaus.

An interesting thing about "Phenomenon II" is that the story was re-worked so that it could be the set-up for a TV series.  (Man with special gift has to keep moving from place to place because the Feds are after him... I think I may have heard of another few series like that...)  And on IMDb they say this was episode "Pilot".  But I have not heard that it will actually BE a series.  So maybe it was the pilot for a rejected series??

Two other TV series come to mind "The Incredible Hulk" and "The Fugitive".  Both had the main character on the run, so to speak.

Saw most of "Phenomenon II" and was not really that impressed with the show.  IMHO the only redeeming part of the show were the scenes with Ryan Drescher and only because he was in them.
