This is listed in the BoyActs "Movies" section.  It's Graham Spillman, not "Pillman".  The 12 voters at IMDb giving it 1.9/10 are about right, but that probably won't stop most here from taking a look if they can.

At first I thought this was the recent documentary shown on UK Ch4 about US paperboys and the views on life of 5 particular boys.  However, they were ordinary "real life" boys and bore little resemblance to wwaabbiitt's hearthrobs posted (oh so professionally and perfectionistly) above.
