No, but good guess.

Hint: We was a real life prince, but he wasn't exactly charming! Wink

Oh, that's a good clue, Elliott!   Grin

I didn't know that there were any real-life princes who were boy actors, though, so I still have no clue who it is.   Embarrassed

Love,
Sir J

I'm beginning to think we have a psychic link, Elliott.
I'm pretty sure that is Erik Pyryev playing young Ivan IV in 'Ivan The Terrible' (1945). I remembered the movie but did have to look up the actor's name.  Wink  An extremely attractive boy.

Crikey YA...  you are getting very good at this ID-ing.

Does he have enough screen time in the movie to make the film worth a BA profile?

I'm trying to remember ??? I believe it was between 5-10 minutes of screen time.  This was Sergei Eisenstein's 2 part epic and I can't even remember which part Erik appears in, although Imdb lists him as a cast member in part 2 but not in part 1.  I would reluctantly say 'no profile' due to the overall length and nature of the films even though Erik was memorable for me.

TCM schedules these films from time to time.

Thanks.

I'll try to catch the movie on TCM here downunder. He looks worth capturing.  Smiley

We can still do a gallery for the actor on his own profile even if the movie itself doesn't qualify.
