Yep. It's Brice Becham with the late Christopher Hewit from Mr. Belvedere. I didn't think it would be too hard but the pic was just so funny that I had to post it! Cheesy

I've always wondered why he didn't have a bigger career.  The kid was a natural comedian.  You rarely see a kid with his comic timing.  I saw a pic of him in a "whatever happened to" story in People.  He grew up nicely.
