He bared all in 'Edges of the Lord'. A couple of years ago he starred in a very cute kids' TV series shot Downunder (worth checking out)... and back in his homeland he has continued to turn up regularly on TV and in movies. Talented actor.

He was recently seen in a dozen or more episodes of the Brit TV series 'Casualty'.

I've known him in "Don't blame the koalas", a very funny australian TV series...
I'd like to see him in something else.

I'd love to see him in some other movies. I didn't think his performance in Edges of the Lord was particularly impressive. He seemed to be reading the lines without really having any understanding of what they were supposed to mean.

But to be fair even Haley Joel Osment's performance in that film was subpar. I think the director was not very good at directing children.

Hi,

If I'm correct he also did Don't blame the korralas which appeared on 5 in the uk, and I think was an Austrailian or New Zeland production as well.

Just got around to seeing this last night - very good movie.  Very thought provoking and stors the emtions as you see kds grapplig with their inner consciences.

Two questions (spoilers!!!!!!!!)






1.  I couldn't tell - which boy was laying on the grassy field in the end?  Didn't look like Romek (HJO).

2.  Though I am sure it played into his Jesus theme, wy did Tolo deny that he was wih the Pole family and opt for the concentration camp instead?  I guess that, like Jesus, his character needed to suffer and die but it seemed sort of out of place in the movie when it was really avoidable.

Gosh..  I can't remember.  It's been a couple of years since I watched that movie.  I think I might take another look when I get the time.  I've been watching Liam in 'Don't Blame Me' for the last few weeks...  it has been getting a rerun on network TV here... and I've been very trigger happy with caps.  Liam is really good at comedy.

Seeing "EDGES OF THE LORD"....  Liam Hess was actually un blondinet.

But this might be his only film as such.  (It's good that we are entitled to a 'favorite').
