Has anyone actually seen him in anything?

I've seen websites in the past that claim appearances in movies and tv series episodes, only to find out that said movies have never been released and tv appearances have been limited to very minor 'bit' parts.

He now has the IMDB listing for his guest appearance in Monk.  Smiley

Don't know that he's done anything else that would merit a listing with them.  ???

Well at least that's a move in the right direction.

I'll still wait before I add a profile for him until I'm convinced he's done a role that is not a bit part.
