They're a little older now, possibly too old for this board, but there were some wonderful posts on this board when the first two DVDs were released, the third is out now in Europe.  Curiously, the plainer and plumper boys are now very nice eye-candy indeed:  witness Neville Longbottom and Dudley Dursley (who - looking very slim indeed - reveals on a DVD extra that he had to wear a fat-suit:  Robert De Niro eat your heart out !).  But Daniel Radcliffe has really grown into the part and he portrays the powerful boy wizard with real feeling and he is my action hero of the 2000s !

I agree.....Daniel Radcliffe is perfect for that part, and what a great piece of casting that was.  It's almost like the part was custom written for him.

I agree...  I've always thought the casting of Daniel as Harry was the perfect choice.

Sure looks like a director's pose to me.  Wink  But most modern directors don't dress that well!  Handsome young man.

I should be getting the DVD in about a week, del bosque, and it will be interesting to check up on your observations. (right, I haven't been to a movie theater in years Grin)
