Being an Erik per Sullivan fan I have wanted to see this for a long time. I finally found a copy at blockbuster. It was quite good if you are a fan of scare a minute horror movies this is not for you because it is slow moving; but if you appreciate good film making then you might like it. Erik did pretty good. Some have said his perfomance was bad, but I liked it. I think that his character, Miles, was supposed to be about 7 or 8 in the movie, but the way his lines were written made him seem like four or five, I think that's why some dilaed his perfomance.

Not a bad movie, but not exceptionally good either. Erik's performance was average, I'd say. A bit on the weak side, perhaps. But for fans of his, I'd say it's still worth seeing and I did enjoy some of it.

I haven't got around to seeing it... probably based on the mediocre rating it got...  I like the poster that gee posted so I think I'll check out the movie.

Oh wow gee I wish it was you instead of me that got to see this film at the free screening in Chicago with the director present - you sound like you would've been thrilled.  Smiley

I on the other hand was very disappointed with the teaming of Jake Weber, who displayed such great chemistry with Lucas Black in "American Gothic", and Erik Per Sullivan. I also thought the special effects were lacking. Getting to hear the director defend his film also didn't make me any more sympathetic. This was on my 10 worst list for 2002.

it did have a nice PJ's scene in it, and I was just getting to like it when the end credits rolled up the screen, I think they could have done sooooo much more with it, and the monster was pretty lame, and I though (coz of the reviews) that eric was supposed to be possessed by this wendigo thing, but I must have miss read it.

the darn monster was never fully explained or killed off, so theres bound to be a Wendigo 2.
