From Hirokazu Kore-eda ("After-Life"), "Nobody Knows" follows the humorous, heart-breaking lives of four siblings who are abandoned by their loving, irresponsible mother. Japan's submission to the 2004 Academy Awards, in select cities February 4.

I hope the four brothers and sisters are allowed to stay together in film.  I dont think I ever seen Japan movie before.

I dont think I ever seen Japan movie before.

Jasen I think this would be an excellent 'first Japanese' movie for you.  It's had excellent reviews.

The trailer certainly looks good.

I second that idea. I'm don't seem to enjoy Japanese storytelling that much, but this film was pretty good.
