I've got season one, which I loved, on DVD.

..but I haven't been a regular viewer of the series since the end of season two...  the show became too predictable and the acting was too over the top.

from `the stage` newspaper.

is your family like `malcolm in the middle` and want to be on tv?

call kerry on 0207 7013 4349 or email kerry.western@rdfmedia.com

she's also been posting on the daily mail forum

Posted: Tue Nov 08, 2005 5:10 pm    Post subject: New Channel 4 TV Show looking for quirky families

Channel 4 are currently making an exciting new project about kids, parents and how best to run a household.

The idea is that they will follow a family as the parents hand over control of the household to their kids... Whilst the programme aims to be entertaining it will also show how children handle responsibility and give us a valuable insight into what they think is important within the family, as well as a chance for parents and children to learn more about each other.

We are looking for families of 2 to 5 kids with normal family issues. More 'Malcolm in the Middle', NOT Jerry Springer!

If you and your families might be intrested in applying, then please contact me on 020 7013 4483. My email address is kerry.western@rdfmedia.com or also: hugo.macgregor@rdfmedia.com

Thanks!
Kerry

I'll be watching.

...and give us a valuable insight into what they think is important

..  but it amazes me how such a statement can be made before anything has even been filmed.

the  current season of this show to put it midlly is not very good. the boysa t the first five years were good natural actors now they all seem forced. the plots have got  quite stupid to. the only epsisode i enjoyed this  seson was the one were dewey like the girl and hal got to in to it. ireally think the show should have ended after seson five.
