Translation:

The children victims of the war as Chetchnia to the wire of three
chapters or rooms.
The children soldiers of the Academy of Kronstadt, orphans or children of large families, subjected to a military discipline to make some of the Russian
"heroes".
Second room: Grozny. Children live in ruins, a woman collects the orphans and the children whose sick mothers
cannot occupy themselves.
Third room: a refugee camp at the border of Ingouchie. Of Tchétchènes dance under the bombardments, the children follow and look at the "heroes" tchetchenes.

Not a great translation but at least I can figure out some of it.

This is a documentary. I wasn't sure because it says "drama" on the profile that Cal linked to, but in the trailer they say "a documentary by..."

Looks like a very moving film. Some powerful images.

Oh, and for those who don't speak French, you might want to click on the link that says: "Toutes les bandes-annonces..."

There are 4 videos available. One is the trailer, and the other three are excerpts. There's also a photo gallery, but that shouldn't be too hard to find.

I brought this up during josephk's Sundance film festival previews. As Hosenhaus points out, the film is also known as 3 Rooms of Melancholia.

Right. I knew I had seen that title before, but couldn't remember where. Thanks for reminding us.
