	Gene is Drama Follow the adventures of an orphaned boy who thinks his foster parents are going to abandon him when his foster mother becomes pregnant. He befriends an old lady who lives forgotten in a local retirement home and the two run away on a journey that leads them to jobs with a world-famous circus and the family that neither of them really had.

I saw it and loved it. It is probably the best shot you will ever have to see Dan Byrd in something made before he came to prominence in his mid/late teens; he was a very promising younger actor from the looks of this. Also there is an interesting scene involving cream pies with Matt Zoppe Zamperla as Sebastion, a stuckup circus regular who bullies Cory. MJ

	I saw this a few days ago on TV Dan Byrd was very good in it. I thought the movie was good albeit a little contrived and predictable. Recommended. 6.5/10
