Where was the video from?
For example in Britain this means, roughly, suitable for age 12 and up.
Similar to PG-13 in the US.

Well, precisely it means the video can only be sold, by law, to persons aged 12 or older. There's a similar certificate for the cinema, 12A, which means that under 12s can only be permitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian. (The cinema certificate used to be just "12" and so under 12s couldn't be admitted at all - the 12A was introduced around the time of the first Spider-Man movie)

That rating is a left-over from the early days of this site when it was called 'Bijou's Retreat'. They are the UK censor's ratings. Each country has different ratings so we decided not to include them anymore, because they were confusing people outside of the UK. However there are still a few early profiles with the rating still displayed.
