this was a bbc mini i reccently watched to of the episodes on dvd. it okay so far not the best olive porduction. has anybody else seen it. olive rin this on is played by Ben Rodska. well ben plsys him for mos tof the movie but in the frist episode he is palyed by a yonger actor named Scott Funnell

i was looking at all the version of olivet twist on imbd.com i i noticed in the fist few silent version olive ris palyed by a female to bad htere not avaible today they would make intersting curio's

In the silent era it was all too common to have boy roles played by adult women.

The 1924 version of Peter Pan, which is on DVD, is one good example.




P.S. Don't forget to rate that version of Oliver Twist you are watching Gee. So far no one else has....

I'm almost positive I've seen it, but many years ago. Too long ago to remember. The BBC usually does a good job with such endeavours.
