I learned this week about the death of Jonathan Brandis on this board, i had no idea...

I also see today would have been his birthday...
He would have turned 30.

I first saw him in the movie "Stand by me" and it
struck me he was a gifted young man.  So if another
movie with Jonathan was shown i definately watched it!

You must mean Stephen King's IT. Jonathan Brandis was never in Stand By Me.

It'd be his 30th birthday indeed.

I learned last year of Jonathan's death. It was a total shock to me. I didn't hear any thing reported on the news or in the local papers. back home in the suburbs of Chicago.

Jonathan is well missed. The talent, the proffessionalism, and most of all the smile. Holloywood still has no idea what a great loss has accured. What could have been.

Happy Birthday Jonathan Smiley You are always in our hearts and prayers. May the Lord hold you close to his heart as we miss you.
