Billy Miller, age 10, played a very large role in the film "RUN OF THE ARROW", aka: Hotlead (1957). 

He was a loincloth-clad native Indian boy in this film, although in actuality a caucasion youngster.

A favorite scene is when young Silent Tongue falls into quicksand, and is rescued.


Miller also appeared in another film during the same year, in a smaller role, "The Restless Breed".  Along with a slew of tv appearances, this made up the career of child actor, Billy Miller.

I must have come across this recently on TV because I remember that quicksand scene and was able to tape it. I saw the youngster in Indian costume while channel flipping and he caused me to stay with the movie.  Smiley

Unfortunately, I can't do caps from tape, even if I could find those scenes.
