Just got my phone & internet access back AGAIN after some tree cutters knocked down my phone line last Wed. Oct 25. This is just in case some members may have thought I was being boorish or lazy or sumpin. Still in the middle of catch-up on emails, messages, posts, etc.

No offence, but I hadn't even noticed you were gone. With the frequency of posts around here these days, a week of absence doesn't seem all that unusual. I did notice you are now a moderator, though. Congratulations.

I well know that a week's absence is nothing unusual. But I am always concerned, before I look over posts I had missed, that someone may have addressed me or asked a question, or even made me a compliment which I failed to respond to.
