This movie was very creepy but not in the traditional sense of creepiness. It stars Kyra Sedgwick as a woman who was a neglected child. Determined not to be like that to her 6 year old son named Paul, who she calls loverboy, she becomes over possessive not wanting to share Paul with anybody. Trouble starts when Paul attends school for  the first time. I wasn't quite sure how I felt about this movie, I just could not bring myself to sympathize with Kyra's character. Dominic Scott Kay did an amazing job as Paul. I recommend this more for his perfomance than the movie itself. Overall the movie gets a 5 out of ten.

Thanks Gee I'll look for this one.

A lot of parents these days seem to be unhealthily possessive of their kids. It seems that many children these days grow up without ever being out of sight of their parents. They are never allowed to explore the world and socialise without parental presence. How different to when I was a kid.
