It's one of the best films about boys I've ever seen. The link above will take you to several member reviews.

I think this is so down to earth. It's a shame this didn't get much recognition and that there aren't more movies like this today.

Very similar to "My Girl"..... but contrary to popular opinion, one notch below the previous production.

Not that Macauley Culkin or Joseph Mazello were stellar performers in any right.... yet Renfro helps to redeem "The Cure", in the area of acting. 

Story-wise, the latter is quite good.

An outstanding film and a pity it is not available in Britain. Here you get a story with two boy actors (no girls!) a story of boy friendship and sad loss. Paper hankies are a must!
I thought Brad Renfro looked soooo sexy.
