I've sent my votes in but I've still got a bit of a gripe with the number of choices limited to 5. If I were running this poll I'd allow voters at least 20 picks and the points would be more appropriately distributed. I'd also acknowledge that people are often voting for 'favourites' rather than for 'best performances'. By extending the number of votes allowed it would help address this problem. Far too many excellent performances get overlooked because of the eagerness of voters to chose their favourites. Just my opinion.

I also think the poll is too early. Many of the best performances are not seen by people until the movie is out on DVD. A mid-year poll for the previous year would give people a chance to actually check out some of the nominations.
