They're from the new live-action Asterix - Asterix at the Olympic Games (or Astérix aux jeux olympiques if you prefer...), released 2008.
Caps taken from the UK DVD release (which was officially released today...).
The release (both cinema and DVD) looks to have been limited to Europe so far.

I guess the kids are actually Spanish, given the film was shot there. One of the boys is calling Javier Cidoncha (I think - the credits are extremely small and so difficult to read). I couldn't read the name of the second boy. The other boys are uncredited as they don't have speaking roles.

Those caps are pretty much the extent of their screen time...
