There are some guesses here, because of no subtitles.  "Love-Carrot" is a beverage, key ingredient carrot juice.  Everyone driks it.  Apparently it can sometimes have unwanted magical effects, though.
?? Or, maybe, Love-Carrot is a sort of boomerang, you make a wish and throw it ... ???

 In the original movie "Love-Carrot"  a married couple switch bodies.  For this sequel it is 10 years later, and they have 10-year-old twin children.



Love-Carrot 2 is a comedy

Ten-year-old twins Gleb (played by Denis Paramonov) and Sveta (played by Alina Bulynko)
