A woman dresses a young boy as a girl.

I found these (and many more snapshots from the scene) on a random website. It didn't say what movie it was from.

There's no clear shot of the boy's face, but it's definitely a boy and not a girl.

Almost certainly not American.

Thanks. Looks like it could be it. Have you seen the movie? 100% sure that's it?

Well, I'm assuming you know if you've seen it. But there is anatomical evidence in some of the shots I didn't post.

Yes I'm 100% sure and I'm very rarely wrong about anything, people often tell me I'm a super genius and I believe them Smiley

oh yes now I remember, I guess you could classify that as evidence but I wouldn't call it hard evidence, it may have been a prosthetic, it's been done before in a German movie called "Vorstadtkrokodile"  Tongue

Does the boy have a lot of screen time in the movie, or is it just the one scene?

No not much screen time at all, I wouldn't call it a boy movie it's just a few flashback scenes and that's it.
