Joe Starrs is a British child actor, best known for his part of Peter Ingham in the first series of the TV adaptation of the children's novel The Story of Tracy Beaker by Jacqueline Wilson.

He has also played the part of Josh in the TV adaptation of Zadie Smith's White Teeth alongside Russell Brand, starred in a modern adaption of Scrooge alongside Ross Kemp, and was in the TV series Daniel Deronda alongside Greta Scacchi.

Joe Starrs went to Rose Hill Primary School, he then moved to a different school. He now has graduated from St Gregory The Great School.
