Has anyone watched this film?  It won the academy award for the best foreign language film.

I search the forum and can't find any mention of this excellent movie. The two boys who occupy a lot of screen time are played brilliantly by William Jøhnk Nielsen and Markus Rygaard. They really captivate me through out the viewing. William Jøhnk Nielsen is particularly striking with his presence and emotional scenes.

Is it possible to  add this movie to the database?

I have not seen the movie, but I saw some really beautiful HD caps of it on B.O.Y.S.

Perhaps we have no participants from Denmark.
The academy award probably means it will be released in the US at some time...

Great play by Mikael Persbrandt, matched by that of the two boy actors, William Jøhnk Juel Nielsen and Markus Rygaard. It is not a question whether Hævnen will be included in the database, but when this will be. I hope it is a matter of days rather than weeks!

Thanks for the links of the HD vidcaps.

The movie is well worth watching and I certainly hope this won't be the last time we see the two boy actors on screen.

Not only do the two boy actors look good and interesting, which 'Benjamin' has kindly illustrated for us, but the title of the film is intriguing, too. I wonder what it is about and whether the DVD will have English subtitles?
There must be 1001 foreign boy films which we never get to see or don't come out on DVD here.
