Here in America, there's a Comedian named Tim Allen, he once was talking how Dogs can reach around lick themselves, he commented that IF he could reach, he'd NEVER leave the house! he should maybe meet this kid and take some tips! Cheesy

As funny as that is (and it is), I will actually point out that the species we (in English) commonly refer to as "dog" is actually called "canine."  Females of that species are called a "b**ch" (I tried to write it out and it was "corrected" to "Pregnant dog" which is actually not true... all females of litter-bearing age are called that); males of that species are called "dog"... incredibly, there seems to be no "special word" for a neutered dog.

Cats, if you're curious, are not similar: species = "feline" ; male = "tom" (or "tomcat") and females are "molly" (talk about rare... even I had to look that up!). Equally rare: a neutered tomcat is called a "gib."

"Cows," however, are basically the same phenomenon as dog, in reverse... "bovine" / "bull" / "cow" (and neutered bull = "steer")

that's probably enough of a lesson for one day Cheesy
