I usually cringe at the prospect of the annual Oscars show but this year it had some really good movies contending and I was pleasantly surprised. But this is the one movie that really grabbed my interest. It is near the top of my must see list:

A handsome young boy/man and his tiger. In a lifeboat. What more can you want??
It is so rare for me to see that the movie I am most interested in gather so much attention and praise and so many awards.

Oh, I see this little guy plays Pi at the age of 5. He is Gautam Belur.
