Runaway - 2009

Runaway (2009) is a British TV mini series starring boy actor William Miller who appeared as Oliver in the BBC's Oliver Twist (2007). In this 3 part drama he plays as Sean, who after being bullied at school and getting little support or comfort from his mum at home decides to, as the title suggests, run away. I felt that the performances by the young actors in the series was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed watching them. However a negative aspect was that it felt all too rushed. The story line was a great one, however I felt that it needed at least one more episode to work effectively. There were effective moments throughout the series, such as the performances by William Miller and Michael Culkin. Don't get me wrong, it was far from terrible and I did thoroughly enjoy it, it just seemed that it needed a little more time and effort rather than being restricted by the BBC time constraints. There is a lot to be enjoyed from this series, I would recommend it especially if like me you are a William Miller fan  Wink
If you are interested in viewing the series and find it difficult to locate as I did, then PM me and I can help you out Smiley

Hey guys I have recently had a number of inquiries about where to find a version of Runaway. A couple of months back after a lot of searching I  managed to find a version on a zip-file that was uploaded, however these are only temporarily stored so I very much doubt it is still available. I did download a copy though and will be able to upload this if anyone would like to view it.  Wink

I would zip or rar the files using WinRAR. Then upload the files to dropbox or wetransfer. Then share the links with us.

A typical FLV or avi movie of 500 to 700mb is usually around 2+ hours long, so what file type is this zipfile once you open it?

William must have chosen to be credited as William Miller so as to NOT be confussed with Bill Milner, i.e. Bill Miller, and Bill Milner! that would be a problem! Wink

If I remember correctly. It was a mp4. Could've been a mkv.

I got it from The Wild Boys forum. It's a gold mind for boy films, tv series and music. You should join. You won't regret it. I know I did'nt.

Is being a member a must in order to download movies?

No, it's not. But it's better to be a member than a guest. There is one thing you have to do after you become a member. You have to ask permission to post. Trust me on this. Becoming a member is the best decision you will ever make. Wink
