A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO MY FELLOW APPRECIATORS OF THE BOY ACTOR.

This pic is from a Christmas film. Anyone know the title and the boy actor featured?

If no one guesses the actor by tomorrow, I'll tell you who he is.

As usual, 'bowser', you are right. There were at least two boys played Nicholas and Jonas Rinne was the boy playing him younger. The two boys, however, looked very similar for the part. I can't say that Gustav was good on the expressions but I liked his sort of detached look and the hat he wore. This film was unusual in that it came from Finland and you don't get many boy films from there.

I had a movie on VHS many yeas ago called "Undercover Gang", it was filmed in either Finland or New Zealand, it was about 2 boys of 10 or 11, I don't remember too much about the plot, I do remember there were a few scenes where the boys are in class at school, it's a hot summer day in the early 20th century, no Air Conditioning! so there teacher (a man) takes the boys from the class, and a woman teacher takes the girls each to a separate area of the lake to go swimming, most of the boys don't have swim suits available, so Teacher allows the ones who don't, to swim naked! Shocked of course they are covered from the front by their hands, 2 of the boys are swimming a little ways down the beach, who happen to be the main characters (and are the only boys wearing any clothes), back with the Teacher, one boy gets out because he's cold, covering himself of course, goes to retrieve his clothes to find they've been stolen, by the man on the farm adjacent to the lake, who happens to be in dispute with the town over ownership of the lake! our 2 main characters see him making off with the clothes and go tell the Teacher, Teacher takes the boys to the farm fully naked to taunt the Farmer and his Mother into giving back the clothes! By running around the Farmer and his Mother in circles! I would watch that movie over and over to see those scenes at the lake and the farm! Shocked  Needless to say, I wore the tape out, to the point it was unwatchable. I found a movie at IMBd that is titled Undercover Gang 1986, but it has no synopsis so I don't know for sure if it's the one I'm referring to. I would like to find this movie again and get a download. Grin Shocked
The acting wasn't that great, by today's standards, but, it's a very enjoyable movie for watching those boys! I had this movie at the same time I had a movie called "Creatures The World Forgot", which also was a VERY enjoyable boy movie! LOTS of wardrobe malfunctions! Shocked Wink

Creatures The World Forgot (1971), I have a copy of that movie.
Is this the one that has no dialogue, only grunting?

I will check this movie out after the holidays.

A friend has a copy of Undercover Gang (1986) produced by Television New Zealand (TVNZ).

He's sending it to me.  Can't wait to see it (after the holidays).
Our Christmas Bash is already in full swing.  This weekend has been great!

Wishing you the
Best of Holidays!
