The three you haven't identified don't appear to be included in full in the book itself... The blue one looks familiar, but I'm pretty sure it's not Het Mes.
To spark Cinefan's interest, not only are there two pictures of Didier Haudepin in the book (the complete one from This Special Friendship, and also one from Los Pianos Mechanics), there's also a copy of a letter from Didier to John Holmstrom.
Yes, it's a very cool book! The letters and correspondence are some of the most interesting!
