A short film by Nick Corporon about a seven-year-old whose favourite toy is Barbie -- until he's made aware of his father's increasing unease with his preferences...

It's a little like Ma Vie en rose, but with less of the fairytale fantasy aspect. The boy, Bobby, is played by a beautiful ten-year-old actor, Trent Carlton. One thing I liked about it is that the colour is very bright when Bobby's playing with Barbie, but greyed out a little when he tries to repress his nature.

Smiley I have seen this very good short same month ago. I have liked very much the very good play of Trent CARLTON aud Shawn KISSINGER in parts of Bobby and Trevor. My movie rating is 9/10 !

I rate it 9/10 too. Great movie. I'm curious to see if Nick Corporon makes any more!
