Just got to see Sokout (1998) starring Tahmineh Normatova.

An absolutely fascinating movie about a young blind boy, Khorshid,
who lives in Iran.  Beautiful film very well done.

Highly Recommended!

Won three awards at the Venice Film Festival 1998 and nominated
for a fourth.
