To combine subtitles with films, I first download the film. On the uloztu.net page, for example, just click 'Slow download' (it isn't that slow! - it normally takes just a few minutes, and I can look up other things online whilst I'm waiting). There are also loads of sites online which allow you to download any Vimeo video - for example savethevideo.com. I have transferred the subtitles for this movie to the movie's profile page in the database. Just right-click the link under Subtitles and select "Save Link As..." Once you've got both the film and the subtitles onto your computer, you then need to open the film using a suitable program - I use the VLC player, with its unaesthetic orange 'bollard' icon, which can be downloaded for free online. If you change the name of the subtitle file to the exact same as that of the film file, you will find that VLC adds the subtitle file automatically. Otherwise, once the film begins to play, one just selects (from the top bar menu) 'Subtitle', then 'Add Subtitle File" then select the subtitle file from your computer. (Sorry if I'm stating the bleedin' obvious and you know all this already. It's just that you don't have to 'log in', or anything else, to view the movie with subtitles, if you know how.  )
