Filmed in Utah, a project of BYU TV.

Three Jr High kids (two boys and a girl) in 1960's rural Colorado.
They form a detective agency.  They start with finding lost pets.  But they graduate to more serious things.  Something crashed nearby, and the FBI is also interested in it.
By the third season, Cold War paranoia hits in full force.  Christopher Lloyd as the English teacher
tries to keep on things an even keel.

I liked this a lot when it first came out.  But then it was difficult to find (unless you lived in Utah).  Now you can easily stream it from he web site byutv.org
