Here's a male relating story that works...
regardless of how much progress a boy makes, he is better for the experience of an older male who genuinely cares... it takes many forms, some of which may look unseemly to others, but in the end, the boy can often pick up from where he left off, even when his older friend is gone, because of the time they spent together and his know knowing the gap between what he tried to do and couldn't, but wants to do and will, once that little extra bit of energy kicks in!

Thanks for the Memorial day memorial Damien... We are all human family, and boys need the community of older males to welcome him... which is why (unless someone is actually crying out for your help) women and society needs to leave that relationship alone... It's personal, sacred, and needs to be defined by the males involved... not some backseat driver outside of it!
