Wild Vlees | Wild Youth (2022)

Wild Youth is an ode to being young. A sensitive and intimate story of the first experiences of losing one's childlike innocence, questioning the imposed "masculinity" and re-discovering yourself in the function of others.

Wild Youth tells the story of Bram, a 12-year-old boy during the two weeks he spends on a camp-ground with his 25-year-old cousin. In this temporary arena where the emptiness of the calm campsite induces a sense of invincibility, he is immersed in unlimited fun, new experiences and a first vacation love at the hands of his new friends.
