What do you guys think about Edward Furlong? I really liked him in T2, especially that haircut he had.  Grin I also saw American Heart for the first time, recently. It had been on my wish list for a long time. Tongue

I liked him in both of those movies, too.  Smiley

I'm not sure about his latest efforts.  I haven't seen any since American Heart that I can remember.

Love,
Sir J

I don't want to talk about Edward Furlong, he broke my heart. Cry  j/k Well, at least he won my heart in T2 and I thought he reached a peak of beauty and boy charisma in 'American Heart.'  But he did almost break my heart in 'Before & After,' when he was older.  A bit of a contrived plot but Eddie was worth seeing and empathizing with.

I worry about him and hope he lives to see 30.

Eddie was my favorite boy actor of the 90's.  I fell in love with him in T2 and made a special trip to NYC largely to see him in Little Odessa (only to find it playing in my city when I returned!).  He was terrific in that and got better notices than the other cast members: Tim Roth, Vanessa Redgrave, Maximilian Schell.

He's still making movies, but they are the very low budget kind that never seem to get released even to video.

Btw, my favorite BA of the 80's was Corey Haim.  Do I need to tell you who the current one is?  I pray  he avoids the pitfall of substance abuse and makes a better life for himself than Eddie and Corey.
