Well it does look a tiny bit like him. the eyes look kinda the same. who knows. I think Michael Oliver would be about 21 or 22 now.

I'm inclined to believe it is him. I don't really see why anyone would want to fake something like that, though of course there are all sorts of weirdos on the internet.

But if it is him, then it's pretty cool. He seems to be doing good and to remember his experience in the movies with fondness, even if he didn't want to continue in that career.

Thanks for pointing that out gee,

It looks pretty genuine to me.  It would be great if other young actors of the past took the opportunity to post a 'what I'm doing now' on IMBd.

I think it's actually great for them too, to realize that their work as a youngster still has an impact today and that they are not forgotten.

Here's another boy actor of the past who appears to have gone over to the music business as well.
While never a lead like Michael Oliver, he was still well known enough to merit a profile here.
Anybody recognize him?

I think the resemblance to his former self (I'm thinking Boone in American Gothic here) is in the eyes; especially in the bottom picture.

Let me try one more which is a little easier.
