The good thing about Christmas movies is, if they are half decent, that they have a longer life span than most regular tv movies.

A Christmas Memory will probably be shown on and off for many years. Not a great movie but quite watchable and all the more so because it has the cherubic Eric Lloyd (an actor worth remembering) as it's centeral character:

Eric had incredible boyish beauty and was a very sensitive and subtle actor. Strangely, this movie did not seem to make the rounds in my area this year. I did however get a satisfying overdose of 'A Christmas Story.' I particularly loved Scott Schwartz in that one.

I remember I see him in Dunstan Checks In.  I really liked that movie.
